Student Login 
Click 'University Sign In' in the top left corner. If the Single Sign On window displays, enter your University Username (eg s1234567) and Password and Login.

Sonia App
Search 'Sonia For Students' in your app store.  You will need to log onto Sonia via online first, then scan the barcode (this can be found by clicking the cog in the top right hand corner near your name). You will then be asked to create a passcode for future logins.

University Staff Login
Choose the role "Supervisor" from the drop-down list. Click 'University Sign In' in the top left corner.  If the Single Sign On window displays, enter your University Username (e.g. s1234567) and Password and login.
 
Placement Allocation Information
The Placement Officer will notify students via email when placements are confirmed.  To access your current Internship details please click on the “Placements” tab in Sonia.  This is where you will be able to see your allocated placement site(s) for the trimester. 

For more information on setting up your Sonia profile, please vist your courses L@G page -->  then click the 'SONIA Setup' tab on the left hand side and make sure to read through all the information.  

This includes instructions on setting up your profile, as well as the relevant forms that need to be filled out and uploaded prior to beginning your placement (this is a mandatory check).

*It is a requirement for all mandatory checks to be completed and kept up to date. If they have not been updated/completed, you will see a red banner when you click on your placement tab.  This will need to be updated before you can go on your Placement.

Absent From Your Placement

Absences due to sickness or an emergency must be reported as soon as possible to your Internship Supervisor, Placement Officer and Course Convenor.
